The newly constructed house of Mrs. K.H.C. Shalika Hettiarachchi, located in Division 391 Palugaswewa,

The newly constructed house of Mrs. K.H.C. Shalika Hettiarachchi, located in Division 391 Palugaswewa, Thalawa Divisional Secretariat Division in the Anuradhapura District, was ceremonially opened under the patronage of Hon. Minister of Housing Construction and Water Supply, Dr. Susil Ranasinghe.

This house was built under the housing assistance programme implemented with the theme “A Place of One’s Own – A Beautiful Life.” The construction was carried out with a financial grant of LKR 1 million, along with community contribution.

Members of the Thalawa Pradeshiya Sabha, as well as the District Manager and officials of the National Housing Development Authority, were also present at the event.
