National Housing Development Authority will start providing housing loans, assistance and freehold land deeds from Polonnaruwa. A plan to issue 2,000 freehold land title deeds this year.The awarding of freehold land deeds to 326 beneficiaries was held at the Tharuka Mandapa Auditorium, Higurakgoda, Polonnaruwa under the chairmanship of Mr. Prasanna Ranatunga, Minister of Urban Development and Housing.Here, the Higurakgoda Divisional Secretariat awarded land licenses to 197 beneficiaries
